On my drive back, I grabbed a few moments of repose. I sketched pine trees flanking Route 21. I later finished the watercolor and keep it on my desk as a reminder. I think of my family's question upon my return: "What was your favorite part of the trip?" From start to finish, it was one sweet ride.
