My dad and I love to compete against each other, and my 1996 Subaru helped settle another challenge – dips off the roof racks.
No matter where I happen to be traveling, my Subie can help provide a makeshift gym. Just another bonus to an already amazing car.
Editor’s Note: Subaru recommends that you do not overload your vehicle. Check your Owner’s Manual for maximum cargo weight.

I bought my first new car in 2010 – a Subaru Forester. I LOVE this vehicle! It allows my husband, my dog, Shasta, and me to pursue all our outdoor interests (including climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, etc.) with ease. Although it no longer looks new, my Forester still runs great and is always dependable.
We adopted Shasta – a black Lab and Border collie mix – from the local shelter, and I was attached after five minutes. Thank you for making a vehicle that allows me to enjoy all the things I love to do with my dog. I’ve attached a photo of Shasta after a great day of snowshoeing in Cameron Pass.
Your current commercial featuring a dog going from being a puppy to adulthood to old age makes me cry every time.
