Group Hiking with Subaru

Winter 2017

I think the attached photos are a testament to the reliability, functionality and fun that Subaru vehicles provide for their owners.

I live in Eugene, Oregon, and belong to the Obsidians – a local club for hiking, climbing and other active outdoor pursuits. I recently led a hike on a wet, gray, drizzly day. The trail was a muddy, wet mess, but our group had a fantastic time hiking to the top of Eagle’s Rest (a peak in the western foothills of the Cascades). We realized upon our return to the trailhead parking lot that we were 100% dependent on Subaru vehicles to get us to our destination – and all three vehicles were different models (a Crosstrek, a Forester and an Outback)! Attached are photos of my hiking buddies and our vehicles. My car is the Crosstrek – my third Subaru and my second Crosstrek!
